The advice and information provided by our AI are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional academic or financial advice.
In no event shall AI School Mentor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI School Mentor and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
All matters relating to the Service and these Terms and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
